Our services range from advisory and strategy to AI agents that are put into production from day one, including support agents and shopping assistants for online stores. Our technology uses large language models and machine learning to power personalized and automated customer experiences.

Types of Data Collected

We collect Personal Data such as your name, email address, and any information you provide through forms or direct contact. We also collect Usage Data automatically, which may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, device identifiers, and diagnostic data. If you access our service via a mobile device, we may also collect your device type, mobile operating system, and browser used.

Chatbots on Customer Websites

Nuto provides AI chatbots that run on our customers' websites. When you chat with one of these chatbots, the online store or business you are visiting is the data controller for your information, and Nuto processes it as a data processor on their behalf. Conversations are stored so that the service can be delivered, improved, and followed up. Information you provide in the chat, such as your name, email address, or order number, is used only for this purpose and is shared only with the business you are chatting with and the sub-processors we use for hosting and AI processing. If you have questions about your data, or wish to access or delete it, please contact the business you chatted with. We will assist them in responding to you.

Retention of Data

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including legal and reporting requirements. Usage data may be retained longer if used for service improvement or security purposes.

Inquiries submitted through our contact and careers forms are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless they lead to an agreement or employment. In that case, the data is retained for as long as the contractual relationship and statutory record-keeping require.

Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Transfers to countries outside the EEA only take place where a valid transfer mechanism is in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so that your data remains protected in compliance with applicable laws.
