AI Engineer (internship)

We deliver AI solutions at a fixed price and work agentically. The AI does much of the actual coding, while we steer it, review the output critically and own the quality of what we ship.

We're now looking for students for a 6–8 week full-time internship, where you help build solutions that actually go live with customers. You'll get to use the latest technology and develop the entrepreneurial ability that will matter in working life going forward.

We work closely with our customers, so you need to enjoy solving problems together with them. Formal development experience isn't required. What matters most is that you love AI, have used it to build things yourself, are curious and want to learn fast alongside a small, strong team.

What you'll be doing

• Build with LLMs together with the team: agents, integrations and solutions that customers use.
• Steer the AI rather than writing all the code yourself, review critically what it produces and quality-check it before it goes live.
• Experiment with new models, techniques and tools, and share what you learn with the team.
• Work independently on your own tasks from start to finish, with support from the team.

We're looking for someone who

• Loves AI and uses it actively themselves.
• Has used AI to build things, ideally something that's in production. Development experience is not a requirement.
• Takes ownership of what they deliver and follows up until it actually works.
• Likes speed and short iterations, and enjoys driving their own tasks.
• Is interested in solving problems together with customers, not just building.
• Is curious, stays up to date on new models and tools, and learns fast.

• 6–8 full-time weeks at an agreed time, summer or winter.
